Feature Note Request: Request Summary: I would like to create a website-based channel that opens the chat in an entire browser window or tab, rather than as a pop-up form. This would function similarly to a link that redirects the user to a full-screen chat experience in a new tab. Feature Description: The requested feature involves integrating a chat interface into the website such that: When a user clicks on the designated chat button or link, it opens the chat interface in a new browser tab. The chat interface should occupy the full window, providing a more immersive experience. The behavior mimics a standard hyperlink rather than a constrained pop-up or iframe.

In order to improve the user experience and also make the A.I. seem less robotic, I would like to have the option of setting a delay time on the messages sent by the A.I. trained with a knowledge base. At the moment on the conversation it's clear that it's a robot because the assistant sends a very long text in milliseconds.

We’d like to request an automation feature for chats that may require further investigation. Specifically, we need the system to automatically send a message to the user after a set period to inform them that the team is actively working on their issue or conducting further investigations. This would help improve user communication and ensure they are kept updated during the resolution process.

In the reports tab on Hoory, there are many bar charts, grouped by day, for example. I want to click on the bar and be taken to a page with all the conversations of this day only.

We think it will be helpful to have possibility to see details of particular sector in agent activity when hovering on the part ( Will attach an example ). It will help to track agent's activity in separate sections.

After the latest update , in "Agents" and "Channels" now agents and channels are displayed in multiple pages. We want to request to create a search functionality for easier access.

Users managing conversations often need the flexibility to unassign conversations as part of their workflows. This could be useful in scenarios where conversations are handed back to the team queue or require reassignment based on specific conditions. Currently, there is no action available to remove an assignee in automations or macros, limiting workflow customization. Acceptance Criteria: Action Availability: The "Remove Assignee" action should be available as an option when configuring automations and macros. Behavior: Selecting the "Remove Assignee" action should clear the current assignee from the conversation, making it unassigned. The conversation should return to the unassigned queue or follow existing routing rules (if applicable) or if any other automation/macro is applied. Rationale: Adding the "Remove Assignee" action will enhance workflow flexibility and improve the user experience by enabling more dynamic conversation management. This aligns with the need for scalable and efficient handling of customer interactions.

Add template option to the sending message part within the macros.
