Separate Rating Conversation and Resolve Conversation

It would be very helpful to have these separate actions, and capable of being triggered separately:
Rating Conversation
Resolve Conversation
Also, if possible , should have the option to auto-resolve only if the user already Rated the Conversation.
This way we can ask for a review while in the conversation with the user, and we can still say thank you and goodbye after that.
This makes the interaction with the user a little more personal and less robotic...
