Title: Add "Customer Satisfaction" to "Status" Filter in Conversations
As a user,
I want to filter conversations by "Customer Satisfaction"
So that I can easily view and manage conversations based on customer satisfaction levels.
Acceptance Criteria:
Filter Addition:
The "Customer Satisfaction" option is added to the existing "Status" filter in the "Filter Conversations" section.
Filtering Functionality:
When the "Customer Satisfaction" filter is selected, the conversations are filtered based on the Customer Satisfaction levels.
There should be the following options
😠 (Very Unsatisfied)
😞 (Unsatisfied)
😐 (Neutral)
🙂 (Satisfied)
😍 (Very Satisfied)
