As a Hoory user, I want a spam functionality to effectively identify and filter out spam messages, ensuring a high-quality chat experience.
Acceptance Criteria:
  1. As a Hoory user, I should have access to a spam functionality within the Hoory platform.
  2. The spam functionality should automatically detect and flag incoming messages that are identified as spam.
  3. When a message is flagged as spam, it should be filtered out from the chat interface or displayed separately to differentiate it from legitimate messages.
  4. The spam detection mechanism should employ intelligent algorithms or filters to accurately identify spam messages based on content, patterns, or other relevant indicators.
  5. The spam functionality should minimize false positives, ensuring that legitimate messages are not mistakenly classified as spam.
  6. Hoory users should have the ability to manually report messages as spam if they are not automatically detected.
Reported spam messages should be analyzed and incorporated into the spam detection system to improve its accuracy over time.
  1. Hoory administrators should have the option to customize the spam detection rules or parameters based on their specific needs or industry requirements.
  2. The spam functionality should include a quarantine or blocking feature that prevents spam messages from reaching the agent's chat interface altogether.
  3. Agents should have the ability to review and manage the quarantined or blocked spam messages to ensure no legitimate messages are mistakenly filtered out.
  4. The spam functionality should be continuously updated and optimized to adapt to evolving spamming techniques and patterns.
11.The Hoory platform should provide reporting or analytics features that display insights and statistics related to detected spam messages.
  1. Hoory administrators should have the ability to adjust the sensitivity or aggressiveness of the spam detection mechanism to strike the right balance between filtering out spam and allowing legitimate messages.
  2. The spam functionality should not impact the performance or speed of the Hoory platform, ensuring smooth and efficient chat operations.
  3. The spam functionality should be compatible with different chat channels and integrations supported by the Hoory platform.
