As a customer using Hoory, I want the platform's look and feel to be improved because the current design is causing harm to the agents' vision, so that their health and productivity can be maintained.
Acceptance Criteria:
  1. The platform's visual design should be updated to ensure a better user experience for customers and minimize any potential harm to agents' vision.
  2. The new design should prioritize readability, legibility, and contrast to reduce eye strain and fatigue for agents.
  3. Colors used within the platform should be harmonious and have appropriate contrast ratios to enhance visibility and minimize eye strain.
  4. The platform's layout and spacing should be optimized to provide a comfortable viewing experience for agents, considering factors such as screen size and resolution.
  5. The platform should offer adjustable brightness and contrast settings to allow agents to personalize their viewing experience according to their comfort level.
  6. Regular usability testing should be conducted with agents to evaluate the impact of the new design on their vision and overall user experience.
  7. The platform's documentation and user guides should be updated to reflect any changes in the design and provide instructions on adjusting display settings for optimal viewing.
