Acceptance Criteria:

  2. The metrics on the dashboard should update in real-time, providing live data on the current status of the Hoory system.
  3. The dashboard should provide a visual representation of the metrics through charts, graphs, or other visual elements, allowing for quick and easy interpretation of the data.
  4. The dashboard should allow for customization, allowing me to choose which metrics are displayed and how they are presented.
  5. The metrics should be presented in a clear and intuitive manner, making it easy to understand the current performance of the Hoory system at a glance.
  6. The dashboard should provide historical data, allowing me to view trends and track performance over time.
  7. I should be able to filter and segment the statistics based on different criteria such as time period, agent, department, or specific chat queues.
  8. The dashboard should provide alerts or notifications for critical events or thresholds, such as a sudden increase in chat volume or a high wait time.
  9. I should be able to export or download the statistical data from the dashboard in a commonly used format, such as CSV or PDF.
