Opening this task to see if it is possible to check this problem, since July it has not been possible to review the chats, because it is not possible to filter by date and agent. Attached are some screenshots, where I select the date 07/31/2024 but only 7 chats appear from 08/26/24, the same happens with all agents.

Dear Romulo Bernardes, the filter for "created at" should be as follows:
one of them "is greater than" and another should be "is lesser than" to bring the exact data. Please change your filter and let me know
