When we enter Cerebrum Yerevan we want to check whether our Hoory AI assitants are working in our virtual stand, but they are not responsive we click on them but there is no window to start a conversation.

Can you please specify which link? When I entered Cerebrum Yerevan, clicked on our stand and entered Stretch Network's stand, and tried to have a conversation with my teammate our Hoory AI assistants were not responsive. 
I logged in our stand with Macbook.

Please let me know how can I test it from our side?
