Good afternoon, we have identified that the AI is not transferring traders when it informs that it will forward them to speak to one of our agents, leaving the customer in the queue without transferring them. After a few minutes, if the customer sends a Hello, the AI starts the service as if it had "forgotten" that it would have to transfer the same. Please check.

Lilith Jalalyan Good afternoon, attached is the print of the Hoory bug, where it shows that we have 42 with the agent and in fact she only has 2, and 24 in the queue, when the queue is zero.
