We would like to use Hoory for our "Complaint Form" into our efbet.gr website.

Is it possible to use the "pre-chat" function for a form, which to be fulfilled by the customers and after that all of the information to be sent to our email address? complaints@efbet.gr

We would like the form to pop-ups when the clients click on the form link into the footer of the website.

The form should have the following fields and functions:

Email address

Full name

Father's name

Date of birth

Identity/Passport Number

Street address

Municipality

Τ.Κ.

Username (Fill in the username you use on our page)
