We have set the appearance of the widget (attachment 1), after which we have enabled to view previous dialogs. The appearance of the widget has changed, our previous settings have not been preserved (attachment 2).

The widget appearance settings must be saved regardless of previous dialog view permissions

Also when viewing previous dialogs the name of Hoory is displayed (attachment 3), when our bot is named differently. It is necessary that the private name of our agent is shown in the chat history
